LOL, it doesn't matter, remember two years ago when the Suns pwned the Mavs? Yeah, it was two years ago, but Amare was healthy and it was a 7 game series. Lets not get too cocky Mavs fans, I want them to win it all too, but you cannot take the Suns lightly. Oh, and **** the Heat, they are done for without D-Wizzle.

I agree! I hate to see fans that are so cocky, etc. about their team when they are doing bad ***. Like I said, the mavs are fukn awesome this year and they deserve respect! Avery's intelligence and determination help switch that vulnerable D to a better than average D. Can't take no team lightly in the NBA. The way things been going, the Mavs "should" win it all but don't count out the SPURS or SUNS just yet.....

If the mavs fail to win it all with this superior team this year, then the cocky fans will hear it in the end!!

They should right?? they own almost all the stats for a team this year

can't wait till playoffs!!

They "should" have won it last year, but D-Wizzle wanted it a hell of a lot more, and it showed.

actually dwade didnt want it alot more, the refs wanted to wade to win it. I cant find that picture where jason terry is literally two feet away from him and he shoots and falls and gets the foul. Am i saying the refs gave the heat the series? Hell no, the great ones play 5 on 8 and still win it. I dont see too many cocky mavs fan i just see confident ones and why in the **** would we not be? We own the NBA as of now. I understand its a different season and theres more games but, comeon man, the season were havin is nuts. And i seriously doubt ANY MAVS FANS are being cocky after last year, why in the hell would we, that was the worst 4 games ever and we ate more than enough crow watchin dwade and that ginormous cop guy (im kiddin shaq) celebrate. Dont count DWADE out, hes not going with surgery, hes rehabbing and has a chance to come back, even though hell be out of bball shape and just wont be able to play right away. I know the Suns and Spurs are a threat and I wouldnt want to see the rockets. That damn mcgrady scores at will against us. Im just saying the Mavs look the best right now and they have all year, the spurs have rode a rollercoaster but ALWAYS TURN IT ON in the late season and post. The Suns are a great team but the difference between them and the mavs is, the mavs learned how to play D and can still score in the high 100's but theres no outscoring the SUNS and i think theyll do great this year. If the Mavs dont win it my money is split between the Spurs and Suns. I dont see what the whole arguing is about, this is the first year in awhile we have a texas trio that are good teams. Im going to tell you tonight, I dont have a good feeling about us playing the nets, Vince Carters gonna go off i think. Look for me on TV guys, ill be the guy with a nowitzki jersey

not that im one to make excuses, but ill go ahead and make one....the refs decided the finals last year....wade got a lot of questionable calls at KEY moments that changed the outcome of games, series momentum and ultimate NBA champion.....

this is the NBA guys and every team is going to face the refs as well. The spurs are constantly getting whistles against them when they advance deep into the playoffs. Nothing new but it sucks when your team is the one against the refs it seems. NFL,NBA

Refs choke on nuts! They can never make a big game decision on fouls correctly! Majority are sort of old... they need young refs who can keep up with the pace

i agree the refs are pretty bad nowadays, but, you got to play against em and be able to pull it out, anyone remember how bad the refs were when the bulls played the jazz in 98 and the game at utah was laughable, the refs did not want to give mj that ring and they played through it and won, you just got to learn to play to their styles and how they call and adjust accordingly.

yeah boy number 16, they looked like hell for parts of the game i thought but, a wins a win no matter what, i dont think anybodys hatin bro, it would be dumb to at this point in the season, youd be dumb to think the mavs arent the best in the league RIGHT NOW. Playoffs will separate the pretenders and contenders, but, it is ALWAYS nice to roll in there with a great season behind you. the mavs have a little layoff so hopefully this doesnt slow down the roll their on. GO MAVS and....HORNETS lol.

Well Terry, Howard and everyone else gave him no cushion. He played smart and thats why he went to the line all the time. Chickenshit? Of course. Did he get a ring? Absolutely. Whatever it takes.
