They're "streaking" bc this is what they do. EVERY season they peak after the all star break. Don't rule the spurs out just bc the mavs have a badass record. Should we just give the mavs the championship bc they were bad *** during the reg season? no. This thread will be endless bc it was started way before the playoffs so everyones going to come in here saying how bad *** there team is. but when play off time comes. The mavs record/streaks will all be erased. They have to start over from scratch and everyone is even besides home court advantage/seeding. But everyone starts out w zero losses. Sure the spurs are getting older. But as of right now I dont see it hurting their chances. They can still run the ball and duncan can still dominate if he chooses too (remember last yr playoffs). They are experienced and it will show.
