Son of a Beach...Im good!!!!!!!!!!!
I called my contacts at the local dragstrip because I heard a certain rear turbo would be out playing there last night.
I got wind 8.7's @ 90 mph. Chalk another one up for being right. Now comes to the whining and what ifs. I win. You lose.
Here's a quote from a PM he sent someone else as confirmation.
"I went down there this afternoon. Had no traction in first gear...ran a miserable 2.3 60' time. Ended up with a 8.74 @ 90mph.
I kind of figured that's how it would go. No traction equals crappy time. Oh well...had it been a 1/4 mile, I figure I would have done a little more what I was expecting...mid 12's maybe. I need some drag tires and a better rear-end, then I'll be good to go."
Sorry bud, traction or not 90 mph SUCKS DONKEY DICK for 466 rwhp. You've got a heads/cam NA setup that traps 91-92 mph and runs a full second faster. Spent less getting there and less issues too.

LOL 8.7 is pretty bad for any turbo car regardless of off the line traction. that would equate to what like ropughly a 13 flat in the 1/4?
I think i know who we are referring to, this should get good. Sit back
Hopefully times get better for ya, i am sure the power is there to get you going faster.

He said he beats his buddies forced induction cars that run low 8's at the tracks (1/8mile). I just wanted him to admit that I was right in what he'd run. He says that, and im cool and delete the thread.
