Its shoot yourself in head to get rid of the noise loud. I drove my stock cammed 5.3 truck to the exhaust shop open headers, about 15 miles, and it was aweful. I was getting go to hell looks from old gramma's.

There was a guy with a late 60's C10 Chevy truck getting exhaust work, that trailered the truck in. It had a 454, didn't get to see the exhaust on it, but when he rolled it off the trailer, my truck with open headers was WAY louder than his.

I built these pipes for the track and they are unbelievably loud. I'm still running the stock cam and I can't begin to imagine how loud they will be when I've fitted the MS4.

They are of at HPC getting coated at the moment.

Cheers

Yes, it's a Shelby Cobra replica.

I'm still working on the bodywork but I hope to have it all in primer in a few weeks. I'm setting it up for a circuit meet at the end of next month so that's why the ugly high back race seat is in there.

The LS1 is internally stock at the moment but it'll get a few parts thrown at it once its all on the road and sorted. I'm running a Victor Jr and 4 Barrel throttle body. The ECU has a speed density map in it so no need for a MAF.

The induction noise is great.

Cheers
Michael
