Default Twin 60 2v dyno....

I was hoping to make 600+rwhp with 10-12lbs of boost but didn't quite make it, lol. The car actually barely made 3. The vavles were floating and basically squashed my expectations. I'll order new springs and try again next week. I guess at only 3bls of boost I can't complain too much about the numbers though.

With new springs that thing is going to make some big power. Not bad for 3lbs though! I want to check out the car, but I had to work today.

Hey franco, I noticed on other twin turbo intercoolers they taper in the center unike mine. Is it possible for the turbos to be blowing against one another causing them to not spool and also create exhaust pressure? I'm planning on replacing the springs this week and getting back on the dyno friday. Also, any idea where I can get a pump for the turbos?

Wow, now you are even more of a threat on the street. Those are some nice numbers considering only 3lbs of boost. I definitely need to come see this thing whenever i get back in town. Not sure if you know, but there is another turbo'd gt(shadow gray w/black bullitts and 315s out back) in Lp, the guy recently put a single setup on and is runnin some really good times at HRP.

There's actually two other stanges with turbos, the 04 dark gt and a bullit. The gt made 390/450 and the bullit 420/500 with just the single 60. Ironically both of there names are matt, lol. Same guy did mine but I went bigger. I'm pretty good friends with Matt GT but he blew his at the track. He then installed a forged shortblock but just finished his break in miles and hasn't turned up the boost yet.

Ok cool, small world lol. I too am friends with Matt (gt) but havent made it over to see his car, yall's setups do look pretty similar except for your extra turbo lol. I heard he blew it at the track but i didnt know he put in a forged shortblock. I havent seen the bullit around i dont think. Anyways good luck with your car, cant wait to see what that thing can do.

No the turbos blowing against each other is not the problem when ever you have severe valve float it will not build boost because at times both the intake and exhaust valves are open, that is why your car is not building boost. Boost is just a measurment of restriction in the instance of valve float and both valves being open for a split second you loose all restriction ie. no boost. On our race car we have a weldon oil pump after the turbo drawing oil through so it does'nt sit in the turbo.
