Default Gauging Intrest in C5 Corvette

ok, So I've been sitting here thinking about having my order canceld for a new 07 X-Runner Tacoma, and going the route of a C5 Vette...noticed that the Corvette Warehouse and Corvettes of Houston have some pretty decent priced C5's....just wondering what everyones thoughts are...and if anyone has delt with either of the two places....serisously thinking about doing it....and the Z would more than likley go up for sale...Cam'ed, stalled and all

I've always thought there prices were high. Your better off looking local(autotrader) or on the Corvetteforum or Z06Vette.com. There are always nice cars for sale on there..I bought mine from a corvetteforum member at about $ 5K below its value.

Corvettes of Houston is alittle pricey, but they do have some very nice cars. You pay for what you get I suppose. I am partial to the C5's also. I've been thinking about one for a daily driver. And this time, if I buy one, I'm keeping it stock.

would prolly ask around $4,500 for it..after adressing a few areas that need to me taken care of.(cosmetic) like swaping the rest of the interior over to Grey 97+ interior, and a nice touch-up paint job...
