I agree. The last couple of nights I really wish the car was running because the weather was so nice............oh well, hopefully here in a few weeks it will be back on the road.

i used to love to cruise on 1488 heading towards magnolia. it was long and straight. but now there are a ton of cops and even at night the traffic is bad..

magnolia got busy in general actually.. population is no where near 1,111 like it was a couple years ago. also too much construction. = nails in tires.

honea' egypt road going north off of 1488 is NASTY! but if you get behind someone its almost impossible to pass. some REAL tight corners, as in 30mph breaking tires tight. no shoulder and somewhat alot of houses makes for a bit risque' high speeds though.

Yeah, I live just south of sawdust. I know the guy with the z06 that lives up here. See him daily at the gym. There use to be a group of us that cruised on the nice weekends.

I know what your sayin about 1488!! the cops are horrible. We go during the day. Take 105 past the lake and go north on 49 through the national forest. Usually on the weekends the only people on the road are bikers. They cruise it too. Tons of twisties and hills. After that we hit up Papas on the lake

I used to do it untill my motor decided it wasnt up to it anymore. Window up (noise) tops off, borla closed, and calm music. I used to cruise way out 249 and either took 1488 or 2920 east or west. If I went west I would go all the way to I-10 or if east I would go to 45. From either one of thoes I would go cruise around down town for a bit then head home. It would usually kill about 3 hours.

Not in this **** town. Driving at night here to me is a f*cking nightmare. Then again, I've spent all my life in the dark hills of northern Arkansas...
