You are correct in saying that they have orders etc..., but I think they could be the stopping point of such BS quota's etc... They can and are the ones in control of the final decision in the matter. JMO.

That is SOOO true. Sucks but I guess we as american people as a whole expect them to die or something so we just dissmiss that fact. I think about it a lot and feel for the military families that have to go through that. Sorry guys!

All the officers in the area are there on a special assignment to relieve the traffic congestion in the area. They are not there to solely write citations. That said, it does not mean that you will not get one if your stickers are out.

Have yall noticed that the days the cops are out the most are almost ALWAYS Tuesdays and Thursdays. They're not out real big every T and Th, but really...every time I pass 4 or 5 in a few minutes, it just happens to be a Tuesday or Thursday. That's been the case ever since I can remember (16). Today I saw a bunch on the road too. My speedometer made it to 90 on Fry Road (H-Town), then I turned it down to 40 JUST IN TIME.
