catted y-pipe is the answer, it will also make the note less raspy. (beware you might lose a 3rwhp up top, oh noes )

any exhaust on your car is going to be loud, thats just the way it is .

my car was slightly more stealthy than yours with catted-y and borla.

*2 cents*

no cats=rasp

i understand that.

but i want something that the exhaust goes through a muffler before exiting the pipes.

On mine one side is straight piped.

plus i wanna try something different cause im getting ready to buy some new corsa type tips for my car.

the borla exhaust is the same style setup as yours, except there is a plate that attempts to limit the amount of exhaust flow out the one open side. It doesnt make a noticable difference, unless you put in the block off plate and nothing comes out that one side and all runs through the muffler (HUGE power losses ). Thats the reason i really didnt like my borla, the noise is either coming out the right side or the left side, never equally on both. its crap IMO. i kinda wish i would have went with GMMG or Corsa...... ooh well ..... all new stuff to worry about now lol.

btw corsa premium pro-tips = sex

Friend of mine has a Borlamouth for sale. He wanted to do something like your Magnamouth. Instead he came up with a MasterHooker! (hooker muffler with flowmaster tips)

Gotta love the names that result from cross-breeding exhaust setups!

For the labor, you could probably have them put the magnaflow muffler where the LM resonator used to be......that would make it down a bit.

Ya but I dont want a custom exhaust anymore, I want a regular exhaust that the muffler is at the back and both pipes run through it before exiting out.
