Kevin Willis on the mavs?

Who the heck is this guy and why did we get him. I know DJ is out for the year but pops is a good player and all they want a 3rd center for is to get a couple hard fouls.

Enlighten me

Singed him to a 10 day contract to give some veteran experience, and to go in and make a few fouls when needed.

I imagine he'll be getting some game play tonight. Should be interesting to watch, unfortunately I'll be out at Ennis taking advantage of the cool weather.

Kevin Willis was a stud with the Atlanta Wawks in the 90's. He played along side of Dominque Wilkins and Spud Webb. Played with the Spurs a few years back and was a key bench player. Good rebounder and defensive player. 44 years of age and now the oldest player ever in the NBA.
