Alright I got a:

P1351 Igntion Control (IC) circuit high voltage (open circuit)

Its probably just a short somewhere but im not too good at finding the harder ones, but good at everything else. I need it done today, car has a major misfire because of it.

All ignition components are new, connections to the coil and ICM are good. (LT1 car), code popped up about 5 days ago, misfire on just about every cylinder, and I believe its a short, either in the wiring or bad optical sensor in the optispark, not sure.

And yes I have a volt meter, and the white wire on the ICM isnt putting out over 4.6v so dont know why it says high voltage.
