Default Clutch help.

Just wanted to get a couple of opinions on a few clutches. I just bought the car about 1 month ago and my clutch just started slipping. I won't claim the 420 RWHP that the previous owner did until i verify that, but I'm shopping for a clutch that can support a 500hp motor. The car supposedly has a spec in it right now, 1 guy i spoke recommended a RAM clutch. RAM, Centerforce, Spec.....???????

Also, I don't have the space to do the clutch at my duplex, any good reasonable shops in the Fort Worth area?

another vote for Jason at TDP.

Also, never use a SPEC, ever ever ever ever ever

I got less than 20k miles with ZERO track passes and maybe 15 'gettin on it' times over 5k. Was worn down to the rivets and destroyed my flywheel and pressure plate

I personally wouldnt recommend Ram. My 910 VDS started slipping after 3k miles. and i think my 980 VDS was before i wrecked at 9k miles, I plan on putting in a Textralia or McLeod, probably the textralia.

Another vote for Jason. Get his "recommend clutch system" and you wont go wrong with it.

My clutch was the first Textralia that Jason installed. +1 for Jason, +1 for Textralia. Both own.

Thanks for the help, looks like I'm going with Jason and the Textralia. I keep hearing the same thing sbout spec over and over.

Oh yeah, I guess I need to know the full name for TDP so I can find it, never used them. Thanks again.
