I dont have the time to seek out commercial property for my new building and need to get the ball rolling soon. This isnt going to be a very big dollar deal (~$50K), but I need someone to get it done. No one I have dealt really has been worth a crap. This would be in the Murphy, East Plano, Allen, and due East area.
