I was thinking of getting the dog lawyer.... ****, 2000 dogs already sued? I cant lose.
As for talking to her. She wont engage in any conversation. Several times I have gone out to get the mail and she has been out there, only to turn and walk away as soon as she sees me. My wife has been in the backyard, with the neighbor talking to my dog thru the fence. Wife walks up, says "Hi" and the lady just turns and walks away.... like nobody was even there. So I am thinking that there is a slight possibility of her freaking the **** out on me.
Next time I see her I will try to say something before she walks away.
And as far as my dog "intimidating" someone.......
I cant say that she wouldn't harm a fly, because she likes to eat them. But, uhh..... yea, thats about it.

I would first try to be respectul and professional. approach the woman and talk to her about it. if she denies it then tell her you have no choice. then think of something clever to teach her dog tostay out of your yard. i like the airsoft gun idea and the your dog **** in her side also. what about if you put one of those electric fenses, low shock and affordable and post a sign a warning sign about the fence and a warning sign that says for other animals to keep out if not lethal actions would be taken, ehh? lol to resort on killing her dog is bad bull but to teach it's lesson is better. my $.02...

Dude, I have NO idea what her problem is. There has been probably 2 dozen chances to talk, but she walks away without a word. I am thinking of putting a "No Trespassing" sign on the property line... just on that side of the yard. I have been toying with the idea of throwing some security cams on the house (I probably dont need them, but I like technology). Id love to get it on tape and show it to her as I ask her dog to stay off my lawn.
I will try the respectful approach, if that doesn't work.... evil things may happen.

I had the same problem with my neighbor before we moved. They basically did the same thing, would always walk away when we came outside or just ignore what was going on so I started scooping the **** up with a shovel and slinging it in their driveway/walkway. About 2 days or that, and mysteriously we stopped seeing **** in our yard. Good luck..

Have a similar problem, but caught some people walking there dog and the Fkr took a dump, then comes his owners. I was like hey what the FK, they just said hello and kept walking. I know that it probably isn't just there dog that does it, but that little **** was diggin with his paws to act like covering it up. I have a 110LB Great Dane you want to talk about $hit, LOL ya I feel sorry for any that things there dog will be crapping on my front lawn. The only problem is my dog will only except 1 time use the back yard. She will not pee of poo anywhere else. SO I would have to just bag her crap and set it in the yard, I am sure they can figure out were a HUGH pile came from LOL

In Houston there is a city ordinance that you must clean your dog's crap. If I catch the person that lets their dog do business on my lawn and doesn't clean it up, I'll confront them, and if they don't clean up I'll be calling the cops.
I already called the cops on the people behind my house that let their dogs bark all night long outside my bedroom and it seemed to help.
