car getting towed question... my lil brother had a flat tire near 59 and cleveland exit.... he got a spare from one his friends and when he got back, his car had been towed...
anyone know whats the quickest way to find out where the car is located???
also, what/who is needed to take the car out of the impound??? reason i say this is b/c he is not the owner of it... i.e under parents name...

tow trucks are sneaky, they tow **** on purpose to get paid.
how long was he gone from the car? was it illegally parked? or just stranded on side of road? call cops and see if theygot a report or something.

i got towed a while back and to find my car i went to the place were i parked ad asked were they get cars towed to and they told me.
if he was on the side of the road though that would be tricky to find out

I thought you got a warning before it get towed. I see car all the time for day on the side of the road with the little orange warning stickers that the officers leave. GL either way!
