The tranny in the rear t-top area would have = life in prison for murder1 !!!

In fact the name "Mike" pisses me off so bad that the next guy named Mike I see is gonna get a swift kick to the twins..................

He said that he did finish rebuilding it but I can't trust his word. Every gear was slipping when I left his shop. It started to smoke.

Jason at TDP just did my clutch about 2-3 week ago, dropped it off at 2 pm and was done with it by 7pm. He mentioned he doesn't rebuild autos, but he may be able to install it quick. Great pricing as well.

Yeah I called him yesterday and he doesn't work on autos but he would put it in my car. But I need someone that would look at it too, b/c I don't even know if he rebuilt it.

Did you have a written agreement or did you just hand him cash and your tranny?

I personally would send a ITS letter (intent to sue) and demand your money back minus what was spent on parts. I'm not an attorney, but I'm pretty sure when you pay for a "rebuilt" tranny there is an understanding that the tranny be properly rebuilt and work which it obviously doesn't.

Well If anyone knows an attorney that can help me out and won't charge unless he wins then please let me know b/c I haven't had any luck lately. Thanks

Maybe a stupid question, but did you demand your money back? (Don't ask, don't get)

Yeah I told him. He had my car at his shop. My Bro told him to give me my car back ( my bro had to get in it b/c Mike wouldn't answer my calls anymore ) and Mike said I'll give him his car back but I won't give him the money.
