Warning!!! Well I'm going to try to make this short and sweet to warn everybody about this tranny guy. 3 months ago I took my car to a guy named Mike long seemed like a good guy but I was wrong. I paid him half of the money to take my tranny out, rebuilt it and then put it back in my car ( 450 ) then 3 or 4 days later he called me to pick it up b/c he was done. So i went to pick it up and paid him the rest of his money ( all together it was 950 ). Leaving his shop it broke on me so I called him and he was still being a nice guy and told me that he want fix it and that he would have it ready in 1 or 2 days...those 1 or 2 days turned into 3 months, I just got my car back yesturday, the only reason I got it back was b/c I told him I was going to get a lawyer and the cops b/c after the first month I would call him and he would ignore my calls or just wouldn't be at his shop. So theres your warning. There are the pics of how he left my car.
P.S. He didn't give me my money back and I had to pay for my car to get towed to my house.

Yeah he did seem like a good guy. I still don't know why he couldn't finish the job. I mean 2 or 3 weeks is more than enough time to fix a tranny but 3 months is just ******* around with someones money

trans man that sucks, did he finish rebuilding your trans and just didn't put it back in or what? if you were in houston i could help you out to finish the rebuild you pay for the parts. what happened to the trans when you got it back from him the first time what was it doing?

What were the terms of the agreement you both signed before you paid him and he started working on your vehicle? Was there any warranty on the work? What about the parts he used... did a part break on the way or was it just poor craftmanship? Hope you can get something resolved...
