So is the cruise still on? I don't care bout taking the car out in the rain, but I don't want to go there and just sit in the parking lot for no one to show up. Would be nice to go on a sunny day, so that we can take some nice clean pics. Plus my car is dirty, would like to take it clean with the t-tops off. Like I said, dont care bout the rain as long its still on, I'm there.

60% chance today. I don't think I'm driving to Houston on Micky-T's with that kind of weather, plus it's not really fun for anyone. Scattered showers means it's clear for just long enough to get your hopes up, only to crap on you. I haven't washed the car yet, so I KNOW it's going to rain. I already got burned once with rain on a cruise, Galveston was freakin' flooded when we got there. 
Next weekend looks clear only 10% on the 14th, but it's surrounded by by 30 and 60.

Looks like 50% in Galveston for the afternoon with scattered t-storms. GL to those of you going. Last time I went when it rained, g-town flooded pretty bad!

I have been driving though a lot of these thunderstorms throughout the week, and they are not a picnic to drive in with my daily driver. Standing water in the middle of 290. 
I wouldn't advise going unless you have excellent wet traction. I would hate to see someone mess up their car.
