Maybe both of you guys can knock it off and tell the OP where to buy camp gear .

One more thing I forgot:

You can find tons of cool (and expensive) stuff at Bass Pro Shops as well as Gander Mountain.

One thing I will recommend that you not forget is OFF (insect repellent) and Germ-X or some other kind of hand sanitizer that you can use to clean your hands, arms, and your legs before you go to bed. It will decrease your nastiness factor. Make sure your woman brings feminine wipes. I'm not joking or trying to be funny. I prefer to clean my danger zone once a day--shower or not . No I don't have a vagina, but the wipe things keep you fresh .

We stayed at Whitewater rapids up by the horseshoe. They just built a little concert arena and had Cross Canadian Ragweed there and are supposed to have Blue October there for 4th of July. It is like 15 a day to stay there. Pretty good place. I would also recommend getting a bag of the insect pellets that you put around your house so that you can spread around your campsite. Helped alot to keep the bugs out of your tent. Most of all have fun...I will prolly be there again.

Guys (1320 & Ross), please keep this on the topic that it was intended for and not your own spat with each other. Thanks.

Well, we're not going to float the river now, talked her out of that... We're going to some family land on Possum Kingdom that same weekend. Went to Academy and got a $30 tent, 2 lanterns, air matress and two coolers, grille and a couple skillets (cast iron!!!) and some other small stuff. I'm going back this weekend to get a new fishing pole, broke mine in the back of the truck a year or so ago. How much does a fishing liscense cost these days?

I got one last summer, and I want to say it was around $50.
