here it is guys.

two months ago me and Donohue96M6Z28 traded wheels. he gave me some TT IIs 17x9.5s all the way around.. i gave him my 18x9.5 in front, and 18x10.5 in back chrome zo6 wheels.. once we had them on the car he said if i could give him some cash cuz the back tires were worn.. i didnt want to.. cuz one tire was brand ******* new.. and the other was pretty decent. plus the tires he gave me were not that great either. let alone 17s are cheaper all the way around. so i like an idiot agreed to give him some money. we never agreed on how much. so then we went from there i didnt have the cash at the time, and still dont. and i agreed to give him some money later on.. he then later says about 100. i think he even wanted more.. he will most likley come back and post the old pms.. so yea. furthermore. i havnt been able to pay him the money. let alone my family is on the verge of losing our house. and i have to help them any little way i can. another thing that put me in the whole.. was the exact same day that i got those TT IIs on my car i got in a car accident. and the freakin accident was made at my fault.. so i had to fork out a 500 deductable and that was money that i needed..so other bills did not get paid, and let alone my insurence got cancelled because they said my car was to highly modified. witch is BS! so now im without insurence, and i owe this bitch patrick 100 bucks.. yes its bad on my part for not being able to pay him. but i just cant... i dont have it.. now hes all pist off and being an ***! i understand he wants his money..but it wasnt even fair to begin with. and im the idiot for agreeing. but yea now i owe him some money and i have some gears for sale.. i offered him the gears, and for him to give me 20 bucks..they are brand new.. he said no.. so i said ok fine when they sell i will give you the money.. hes being all bitchy and giving me deadlines. he was going to make a post.so i made it for him..here it is Donohue96M6Z28. now back the **** off and you will get your money when i have it!

 

Well things will get better hopefully at least your a stand up guy even when it costs you. Not many people in the world like that and I believe it will come back to you in the future.

 

I wish you and your family the best of luck man. But yall do not have to take this to threads. Keep this between you two. I did business with you man and you were straight up. I dont doubt that your not lying but if you were in his position you would feel the same way.

nor was it in the original transaction....

so i think he is doing the right thing by even giving you any money AFTER the trade happend. give him time. or take the gears, and sell them and keep the cash.

 

it seems there was an oral contract made, and in the original no one stated money to be paid afterwords.. so imo don is SOL, and lucky your even considering it.
