they would have to be going pretty slow to do that, and these are on the entrances of highways.

I still haven't seen anything from them and it's been over 2 weeks. Maybe it wasn't ready when I passed by? Oh well, I'll be getting rid of the car soon anyway.

I haven't seen any up in Denton county for a couple of months now. It seems to me like they test a lot during the Spring months and then stop. Maybe b/c the damn union workers refuse to work outside when it's over 90 degrees, even though they're in a air conditioned Van!!

lol, i think its because they only have so many units at the moment that they are always moving around from county to county.

I wonder how they plan to implement that on diesel trucks. Correct me if I am wrong but dont diesel trucks get waived for emissions? Do trucks have to get a tailpipe test?
