A couple comments ...
Shoes with shorts ...
Shorts were because it was hot and the driving shoes are for pedal feel. When threshold braking, gotta be able to feel the pedal feedback.
Lugnuts ...
Gotta be the wrong sized lug nuts. I could empathize losing one or even a side. But not all 4
Driver/owner ...
This kind of stuff isn't drag racing. There are people standing around the open course and in the middle. So, the driver is putting more than himself at risk. It's too dangerous to not pay attention to details.
