those were the good ole days...it was alot more fun beating people with my CRX...it was one of the fastest import around town at that time...(custom made turbo kit, stock ECU, stock head, stock injectors, using a boost dependent fuel pressure regulator...ran 12.0@118mph)

i guess that why i have respect for some of those Honda racers..they just want to have fun and go fast just like anyone else..they just dont have the income to make it look pretty...


it was a good run with the vette..but my car makes alot more power..i have my supra set-up that i will pretty much beat anybody on the streets except for those 6 speed 1000hp supras or vipers...but then again i highly doubt that those same cars will be able to beat me at the track...

I think the weather is gone its just a matter of the roads being dry by 8.

 

I just talked to Amar and he still wants to have it regardless. Bottom line is, if the turnout sucks we plan it again in hopes to have better weather next time. Something we just dont have control over.

That being said, it is still on so if you are heading out there please be careful if you are running DR's and drive slowly!

 

It has stopped raining; I'm about 5 miles from the meet.

 

Finally stopped raining here (Baytown area)...waiting to see if the roads are gonna dry up a little in the next hour or so...F'n weather...!!

 

Seems to have passed here.... I might be at a Bleu Edmondson concert or there...
