washed pewter i clean my car all the time, but i never polish and do the works. today i went out and hand washed and dried the entire car. rainx all the windows. used the turtle wax ice polish. chrome polished the rims with the drill bit, and topped it off with some tire shine. people driving by prolly though i was ocd because i would apply then buff off. i was out there for like 3 hours. no sooner than i finish and try to take some pics the dark clouds roll in and i high tailed the car to the garage and it started pouring down lol. you can see the hard *** rain coming down from my garage pic. all i need now is soon good ol sun light so i can take her out for a photo shoot.

dude i feel you man...i took my berger off to paint it with gloss black and i hit it with the first coat and bam thunder followed by rain...im in an apt to its not like i can take it to a garage 
You should go take some pictures in front of Lewisville city hall at night. Its really well lighted and will make for some good pictures. I still havent seen you around yet. Also over where 2499 meets 407 their are some good places to take pictures.

I have given up on washing my car. I did a complete detail on my 3 weeks ago and it poured 3 hours later. I'm pretty sure it has rained everyday since.
