I ride a 128 Zane Schwenk with Mobe bindings. Im transfering to state next semester and moving up there sometime in July. I heard the Texas Ski Ranch is pretty cool, plan on checking it out once I get up there. Probably not as good as a boat but at least you can get your wakeboarding fix there. Camaro242 is my little bro and he is right about lake bryan if you just want a lake to board on you really cant go wrong there especially on the week days.

I'd probably skip lake travis for wakeboarding, not to bad, just to many big boats. Kind of scary when some *** goes flying by doing 90 in a 40 foot fountain.

Lake Austin much better, other side of the damn. Theres a boat ramp at the 360 bridge. Water is much calmer too.

Yeah, yesterday was the last day for me and b/f to wakeboard. The water is getting too chilly now. I mean we have wetsuits but we have been wakeboarding every weekend since March, so its time to call it winter and wait till April/May.

But before yesterday ended I made sure I did a TS180 and got aggressive with some wake jumps, B/f even tried HS180!!

this summer was my first time to ever board and i really liked it. i'm not sure of the model #'s but i know it's an O'Brien board with liquid force boots. bought a '02 Moomba Mobius LSV back in july and enjoy it for now. i have only been on lewisville as it's 15 mins from the house. would like to attempt other lakes in the area next season though! water is a lil cold now so the boat has already been winterized. now just gonna ride the jetski a lil bit more and then be done for the yr

I've been once and it was at Texas Ski Ranch. I will be going a lot more it was a blast! Got up the first time no problem. Now i just need a friend with a mastercraft, wakesetter, supra etc.. lol. I've got a 21ft bayboat, but it's thirsty haha. And I might try to get a board for christmas, maybe a ronix?
