Yeah he was one of my best friends. He needed my 450 because we were 5 hours from home in the south texas brush. His mouth got him thrown in jail and I was the one who was more intoxicated than him but I treated the cops with respect. He didnt. I mean 450 may not seem like a lot to you but **** "Playing with my money is like playing with my emotions, Smokey" I'm just pissed because of all the sorry *** excuses he's bringing up. I wouldn't be so mad if the excuses were legitimate or my fault.

The golf clubs are let's say from a pawn shop. They're not even his or mine I just play more golf so he left me use them 4 years ago and never asked for them back. The 250 for the truck happened Christmas night and that irresponsible ******* never showed up with the truck to get it fixed. I think itll be a little harder to get 250 6-7 months later.

Whoa whoa whoa....

....Put the Tough Guy Stick down. You aint about to do **** to this guy.. first and foremost. So dont say things like "Playing with my money is like playing with my emotions," because you are not going to "Buss a cap in hiz azz." He is going thru some ****. If he has a job, dad might be making him pay for **** because he is tired of bailing his *** out. You never know... thats why you gotta talk to HIM.

Trust me, $450 is a lot of money to me as well. Father, full time student.. all that ****.

If you 2 are best friends, you will quash this stupid ****. Trust me, its not worth $450 to think of old times with a great friend, and then get pissed off.

Seriously, ITS ONLY MONEY. You will get more, I promise.

friendship is a two-sided thing. his refusal to pay you back says something about how he views the friendship. if someone bailed me out of jail, i'd be busting my *** to pay him back. especially if it was one of my best friends.

We dont know the whole story.. and neither does this guy. Why dont you treat him like a friend and find out what the hell is going on. Im not saying to NOT call his dad.... just dont talk about kicking his *** OR taking him to court (its a bigger PITA than you think, I am going thru it right now).

You know the saying "Bro's before Ho's?" Same thing, just substitute Ho's for Money. Your friends will ALWAYS be there, bitches/money wont.

Another option is to ack like it's no big deal and borrow something of comparable value (tools, guitar, guns, jewelry etc) and just don't give it back until the $$ shows up. You'll feel better knowing you one up'd him and you won't have to jack with court costs/medical bills.

You may just need to sit down with him and have a "come to Jesus" meeting with him.

It's not about the $$ as much as it is the principle really.

Haha yall are going to get a crack out of this. This is what he sent me today "Acknowledge you are in MY debt. Its you who is withholding information relevant to the truck punch and fight case. I could very well subpoena you to release the identity of the guy who injured me and my truck. I expect my golf clubs in working order. I want factory paint on my truck not a 150 knockoff job from your buddy. Inept as a mediator I await the culprits information." See what I mean. The dumbass just asked me for the guys name today its been 7 ****** months. I just tried helping out two different parties by getting a 250 dollar dent repaired and he never showed with the truck. Now the 450 he owes me is all tied to this.

Oh and the Friday quote was a joke DSIM. But seriously anything over 20 bucks I take pretty serious. Charlie Hustle where's my speaker box hahahahah

So give him the guys name and be done with it. At least you wont have to deal with it anymore.

Man, this guy is a bigger idiot than I thought. Most people snap out of it after they think about it... did you screw his girl or something?

I've gone to extreme measures to help out some friends. In the process I have learned which ones I can trust with my car, with my money, with my girl, or even in a fight. Even through some messy situations, I still kept some of those friends close and would not take any of them to court for money owed.

give the ******* crybaby his golf clubs back and tell him to keep your $450. Then whip his ***. The short irons in that golf bag work the best.

I concur. Short irons do work good for beatings. The driver is just too long, see it coming a mile away.
