Let the modding begin

. My bolt LT1, with some decent driving, gave plenty of LS1s a rearview, just like Neil's car
.I hope this doesn't become an LS1/LT1 debate, but you bought a car, you want to mod it, and that's the bottom line. Headers, intake, exhaust, and you'll be in the 12s. Oh yeah, it'll sound a lot better than an LSx
.Unlike some, I've owned both platforms.

The shorties are $200. An MSD blaster coil, airfoil, MSD wires, AC Delco plugs, and 160* T-stat would be a good (read cheap) way to start modding. That is what I did b/c I'm in college and on a budget.
Then when you find a good LT, ORY, catback setup you want you can invest in that. Of course if you wanna be legal and all...no LT's for you.

if my dad died and left me that car i would never sell it....I would build the living **** outta it...prolly go with a mti427 or something and make it something my father would be proud of..
clearances, then mod with exhaust, cai, tune.
