Village Seafood & Pizza does have good pizza, but I don't agree that they're cheap. I ordered one from there along with a 12" Poboy and onion rings and it was like $25. I know that's not a lot of money, but for fast food/chain it is.

For a pizza a poboy and onion rings thats a pretty good price I think. I know you can get a one topping pizza for around $8.99. Now thats a good cheap lunch split between two people.

California Pizza Kitchen...
Star is a direct rip off of CPK but has a few of their own unique things
Fuzzy's impressed me the few times I did decide to go, they've got things neither of the above had...
Barry's, while decent, is way too expensive for what you get.
In Austin, however, the one that tops them all is Mangia Pizza... not too many of those though, and none in Houston that I know of.
New York Pizzaria isn't too bad depending on what you get and how long it takes to get it....
I refuse to use delivery chains... but if I do, I tend to go with Dominoes since I can't stand papa johns nor really can i stand pizza ****
Late Night Pie is also not too bad, and they've got a table top Pacman game right when you walk in (that I tend to enjoy more than the pizza)
Biba's (One's a Meal) has some decent pizzas even though they're a greek restaurant, they're 24 hours and probably the only place you can really get pizza at 4am

EJ's and NY Pizzeria are the only two by me, so they are all I have tried .. I love EJ's .. it is as good or better when reheated ..
The owner has won several gold medals, both in the US and Italy ..
