where to buy "custom" gauge panels w/gauges? Anyone know a shop that does stuff like this?

That is easy. I did the same kin of setup in Steven's race car. I think there were some pics in the GM Hightech issue it came out in. Call the shop on Monday and we can get you fixed up.
