I think that there is one in Kingwood. But from what I have heard it has become a joke. I think we need a weekly meet in Humble.

 

we had that one in kingwood and like usual... had a bunch of ricers take over.

Remember the Sonic Meet at 1960 and Westfield??? It was cool But then the Same thing....F-ing ricers ...How long do we have to wait till we start it back up??

Whay dont we just tell the ricers to **** off, every GD meet we start the little shitbags allways ruin it, i have no problem telling them to GTFO, i am tired of the BS with theese little high school pissants, hell even their older "buddys" that cannot get over VTEC....bastards.

The last time the Sonic Meet was big....it was a small "ricer" meet to begin with, and we started showing up...then the ricers came out of the wood-work like roaches.

The James Coney Island Meet in Humble.....I talked to the location manager the same week we started showing up at the Sonic on Aldine Westfield.....and the meet was ended after the dumbass ricers (her words not mine) were acting stupid so they call the cops when they start seeing a crowd gather.....the only way this meet will happen again is if you go in and buy something, that way your a customer and there's not tooo much they can say about being in the parking lot, the cops could still run you off...but it would be alot harder if you were a paying customer.

Truely....you have 3 options...

1. Find a place that doesnt mind you being there, but put up with the morons that show up and eventually ruin it.

2. Start a club that has regular meets and has an arrangement with whoever's parking lot you occupy. Charge like $5 to show the car and use the money either to pay the owner of the parking lot and/or put the money back into the car show somehow for a local charity or something like that. These type of meets usually last a long time and get REALLY BIG. And since you charge some form of admission, you can tell someone to take a hike if you dont want them there. (remember you are holding this in a public place the idiots have as much right to be there as everyone else)

3. Go to another car clubs meet pay the $5 dollars to show and let them handle all of the bullshit that the morons would do to ruin the meet.



For an example of this type of meet .....goto the Nifty Fifty Car meet on Spring Cypress at Champions Forrest Dr. In the Kroger Parking lot. 90 % Muscle cars, a few exotics show from time to time, and it is very well put on. Starts at like 6 pm on every Saturday (as long as weather holds out). They DONOT have a problem with idiots because the staff take car of them.....and if it comes to it...the cops kick them out. lots and LOTS of badass old cars most of the cars are driven there...some are trailered (racecars and show cars) but its a reallly good time for everyone. If you feel the need to race at the meet go somewhere else to do that, track.....some obscure street that will not get the meet broken up.

Wow I never knew about the Nifty Fifty carshow on Spring Cypress. I'll have to check it out one weekend.

One reason I suggested the Hooters is because they have a pretty big parking lot behind the restaurant and right next door there is a Discount Tire. Maybe once a month or every other month they have a Corvette meet there and Discount seems to enjoy the advertisement and car scene. Wouldn't hurt to ask.

 

i havnt heart about any meets at the walmart! and as for anything tonight prolly not do to weather.. im thinkin we try something out 8-24!! this has been posted on atleast 6 other sites and has got some great replies i think! and no this was not posted on houstonimports so lets try not to let it get to them

 

i dont give a **** where you start a meet...unless its police controlled the dumbasses will show up. Goodluck
