not true... pill form came after about 9 months of the RTD being on the shelves due to people complaining it worked great but was still too potent.


the pills are less potent in a typical serving of 3, mostly because they require the capsules to melt away causing a less than immediate impact on your system... they're still strong, yes, but they are way more gradual and not all at once because of this.


typically when taking pills, when you first start, you want to start on a lower dosage, 1-2 every 8 hours, but taking your last ones 6-7 hours before you will be going to sleep, then up the dosage slowly as your body adjusts and you know what you can handle, if you only need 2 pills for 8 hours, don't take more, if you need more, fine do it.

you can usually find the pills at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe or most other local smaller supplement wholesalers.

In Houston, I normally go to one on Fountain View and Westheimer, they know their **** as one of the guys is a local bodybuilder

depends on what you've eaten and how fast your metabolism is... normally one would take 2 pills on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before a meal, so by the time it kicks in your body is also starting to break down your meal... same with the midday meal, it tends to work better if you do it this way.

it's legal in the correct dosage.

since you took 2x the "serving" size it can be dangerous.

Thats why ephedra is illegal. Because people didn't consume the correct dosage.

They though "OMG if 2 pills work...let's try 5!!!"

Directions: Do not consume Redline on an empty stomach. Consuming Redline on an empty stomach may cause nauseousness. Always begin use with one to two Redline capsules daily to assess tolerance! Never exceed more than six total capsules daily or more than 3 caps in a 4 hour period. Take three capsules before morning cardio and/or resistance exercise. To aviod muscle catabolism (breakdown) during a workout always drink some type of high grade protein prior to training.

eh... not taking it on an empty stomach dulls the effects... it has to have time to start breaking down by itself...

because of these directions, Lipo 6X (hell even the regular Lipo 6) works far better than the redline caps... RTD wise though, Redline is top notch

synthetic ephedra, thankfully, is still not illegal, as it's not technically a natural substance any longer, and is far more potent with abuse galore...

just because somebody does something stupid doesn't mean everyone else should suffer

i love redline xtreme.. started drinking them a couple of months ago, but i usually only have a couple a week on my bad days, or when i'm desperate for a boost. a 4 pack will usually last me 2-3 weeks. other than that, i dont drink monsters or any of that crap.
