valve stem seal install tool !?!?

what do you guys use to install valve stem seals?

i used a socket but i keep busting the spring off of the top.

I know there is a tool but no one in town has it.....any more suggestions?

Is your socket a 12 point? Use a half inch, 12 point and you shouldn't have any problems.
