Default Anyone use window laminate at their home?

Looking for peoples experience with it. Good and bad thoughts, brands, quality, where to get, difficulty of applying it to the windows, was there any real cost savings on your electric bill, that sort of stuff. I assume it should be done professionally. Lowe's website has a bunch of info but I want real life opinions.

Thanks in Advance,

Adam
