PLEASE HELP!!!! Will this work? I have a 2001 z28 and im putting a new motor in it. My friend has a 2004 chevy truck with a 5.3 in it. Will my patriot stage 2 heads, comp cam, ls6 intake, stock throttle body, and mass air work on his truck. with the conections on the wires and all for the mass air and throttle body?

heads will bolt right up.....cam will work, but you may need to check piston to valve clearance depending on the head and cam specs
Ls6 intake will bolt up, but he would have to modify his accessory drive to make it fit. Hell, according to Hot Rod Mag this month, they tested a truck spec 6.0 at Kenny Dutweiller performance and the truck intake made better power than the LS1 or the LS6.
As I recall, the trucks have a larger MAF than the cars. Even if they don't, the Fbody MAF won't work with the computer since the truck MAF has an integral IAT sensor.
