Need advice on diminished value
Thanks in advance,
Ernie
"The Texas Supreme Court correctly ruled that the contract language is clear-cut and does not require the payment for diminished value when a vehicle has been fully and adequately repaired," said Donald Hanson, southwestern regional manager for the National Association of Independent Insurers (NAII).
but would you explain something? The ******* with no insurance hits your wife. Your wife obviously has full coverage, but that doesnt cover her car?You have to use your "uninsured motorist" insurance? I ask cause I turned that portion of my policydown. But if I ever get in a wreck I would bet the person wouldn't have insurance.
