Black Firebird @ Kennedale 9/16. I dont know who's car this is, maybe they post on this board, but I envy that car, I missed it a few times, but right before I left I cought you in action. Taken with my phone.
If anyone knows who this is, I want to know what all is done. I think it might have nitrous on it.

yup...that's larry. He's had more setups in that car than i can count. He's finally got a nice combo that works for him in it now.

Its is a 364 with 853 CNC heads and a little cam by todays standards. It has a two stage dry kit. We were trying to spray the second stage late that night but as stated above were have some electrical issues. We have squared it away, now though. It does belong to Larry and we are lucky enough to get to take the car out just about every weekend. It runs very low 6's on one stage and we are expecting great things out of this car when we get to grab the second stage for the length of the track. If there is anything you want to know about it just ask. That car is no secret, it keeps on doing it everytime we take it out!

Its my car. RPM built it. Shortblock was built by Watts Shop. used to be Bevo's bottom end. Old Lingenfleter 853 castings with 2.02 1.57 valves. Two stage dry. TH400. 12 Bolt.
If you see me at the track, come hand out. I am used to running it on one stage and it is almost - not quite - a 5 sec car. 2 stages it has been well into the 5s, but not with me driving it.
Ping the guys at RPM. They figured out how to get the parts to work well together. I have some electrical gremlins right now, but they will be worked out soon.
Currently a forged 364 (Stock crank) I am currently building a new shortblock for next year. But this motor keeps going and going. (But I do admit I tought it died last Sunday)
