Default Anyone in Benders Landing (Spring, TX)?

The wife and I are shopping for homes or property in that community. Anyone already live there? Give us some feedback on how you like/dislike it.

I need an 8-car garage with a few lifts

Amy and I were wondering if we could lease out some garage space when you find a new place

I won't have any "extra" space, even with an 8-car haha.

Nine Ball,

Bender's Landing is a really nice subdivision. The builder that built my house (Caretex Custom Homes) build a lot of homes there. If you decide to build you may want to give them a call. I believe he owns quite a few lots in there.
