I am an aggie fan and have been all my life........but sometimes they do just **** you off! I think fran has not a clue what he is doing and should have been gone a LONG time ago. And yes J Train might have been upset during the game but that was no reason for him to act like an ******* on national television! Thanks to him and a few of the other big playmakers for A&M getting their feelings hurt and crying the whole rest of the game they brought down the moral of the whole freakin team! Quit crying like little bitches when someone scores a touchdown!

I have to agree......after that first touchdown A&M went in the corner and cried. We finally did some good when they took out the starters and put in our backups! Atleast they werent pouting because they were losing. pitiful........

Brent
it was a great thread until h/c rolled in... he pretty much ruins almost every thread relating to football. bc some how he got on the subject about UT

also a question to the ags... since most ags are asking themselves the same question, but do you think Hamburgler got in trouble with Fran before the game? i mean what is their season for the lack of his carries? any real word or insight yet? possibly mouthed off to him or something? do you think lane would of made the difference in the game?

I think something happened, you would be an idiot not to use your lead scorer. Goodson was going no where and Lane still didn't get any touches. As a coach you need to suck it up, b/c it's not like Fran has any choices.

Could have been b/c of the statment he made, who knows. I still think it's time for Fran to make his departure before it gets ugly. He has not even came close to doing what he said he would. Every alum I know wants to get rid of him.

I definately think SOMETHING went on between fran and lane before the game. It was pretty obvious j-train was in a bitchy, whiney, pissed off mood from the beginning. Thanks for bringing down the moral of the whole damn team!

As far as if it would have made a difference......i think that yes it would have. I think Miami would have had to play a little more for the run which would possibly open up some passing opportunities.......of course its not like Fran would have used those opportunities. With the way plays were getting called and our front offensive line was getting their asses handed to them i dont think it would have made an outcome in who won or lost but it might have been closer.

i agree with you. I was real impressed with the backup quarterback.

I was listening to the guys on the sports radio shows in Houston this morning and I agreed with a lot of what I heard. Had someone told me "It's 31-0 in the third quarter", I would have guessed it was A&M in the lead. To come out that flat and that unprepared is totally inexcuseable.

I'm not going to gloat. At least not until UT proves to me they can play for more than one quarter in a game. However, I did get a laugh out of Craig Roberts saying, "It's a shame A&M played so badly in Coach Fran's last year."

i thought the best moment of the game was in the third quarter they put the camera on lane and had his quote "no one in the nation can stop our offense" right beside the scoreboard displaying a 31-0 score.... ouch.... that was intentional....

now that i got that out of my system, i still think atm will be tough for tech... weve seen how pathetic atms passing game is this year, but their running game is a different story... and with the youngest defensive line tech has had in a REALLY long time, im sure atm will be running the ball all day long, mcgee wont have to do anything (which is good for him and atm)...

oh and ill admit that was a good pass by johnson at the end, but he was the only one with fresh legs out there, im pretty sure he could have ran circles around most of those guys... ill reserve full judgment until we can see him start, maybe in a year or two... hell, maybe then the tides will turn and atm will have that god like quarter back to carry their team? i guess we'll see when that time comes...

btw sprayed, my hat goes off for paying up... obviously over the internet there was no real obligation, but im glad people still stick to their word nowadays...

We're talking about if lane said something to Fran before the game, he barely played last night. The statement Lane said was that they are unstoppable.

lane was busting **** about how he carries the team, and fran was like "hey uh hmm uh...NUH HUH you no good says me fran" so he didn't play him, and we lost one of our main attackers, and that made a big affect, not just bc he couldn't do anything, but for the morale of the team too...

...anyways i have given up on an atm vs ut bs...beating us with coach fran is like beating a viper with a shitty driver, easy to talk crap but you'll never know how fast it was bc it was being controlled by an idiot

if fran stays this year, idk what i'll do, but it sure as hell won't be go to football games

Well, you made a good point about Fran, but even with Lane in there, he would not have made too much of a difference. It is a little hard when the front four are in the backfield EVERY single play.

And right now... looking like Tulsa came to play and take some names. We shall see how the Okies adjust.

yea miami was getting good penatration on the line.. but i dont think they had anyone that could physicaly handle lane.. I mean run him untill he wants out then bring in goodson.. You gotta use lane to his powers.. let him get in there run a few kids over and get them scared.. then let goodson come in and he will be running on a defense who is on there heals worried about lane..

I surely hope fran is gone next year cause i will not be going to any games ether

Im so pissed off at Fran and our offensive coordinator. Why we feel like we need to run the option every other damn play is beyond me. Why we have Martellus Bennett, a 6'7 255 lb. badass tight end and we throw to him 2- 3 times a game is beyond me.I could go on and on about things that **** me off about the coaching this year. It is so frustrating to have a strong squad and have horrible coaching bring it down. I thought this year was going to be our year but with the terrible coaching we aren't going to be able to do a damn thing with the talent we have.

I think we may have about 10 plays in our play book if that.
