Default Best Drink for Energy?

Just found this http://www.energyfiend.com/the-caffeine-database/ it has a list of just about every drink and how much caffeine is in each drink. I usually drink the NOS energy drink and it has 250mg. Just thought it was a good find.

I have a solution for all you energy drinkaholics:

If you have a day job (8-5) <- you goto sleep at a DECENT hour (like say 10), NOT 2am.

If you are in school <- goto sleep at a Decent hour and not drink till 4am

If you have a night job <- try going to bed at 3am and getting up at 11!

Quit the drinking and goto bed!

So what about those (me) who have to get up at 4:45 am Monday through Friday, go in at 6 and get off at 4:30? Or twice out of the month, from 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday? I don't drink coffee.

+1 I used to drink AMP but switched the No Carb Rockstar and like it much better. After looking at the chart, I see why to...lol. Double the caffeine!

If you've over-scheduled your life, energy drinks are not the way to fix it.

Exactly MY point!

To the poster that works 40 hours week, and goes to school 6 hours after work......

hmm...take LESS classes? or consider taking them online like I did while working full time. I was taking one class residence and two online and still graduated on time and got at LEAST 8 hours of sleep a night!

Energy drinks are BAD JU JU!

It's a free country, and our choice to do what we want. I'm glad you plan your life better than us, and I'm sure for anything that someone says you'll have a response. Some of us choose and have our reasons for drinking them. I like them better than coffee. Just like smoking is a choice for people, and it's bad for you, some still make the choice to do it. **** the Dr. Phil crap...
