Default Come home from the game yesterday to

... find my formula had been broken into between 9:30 a.m and 8:00 p.m...

Luckily they didnt break the window out but they did manage to mess it up cuz now it wiggles back and forth bout two inches... maybe a bracket

Everything was pulled out of my glove box and center console, they ended up getting my brand new less than week old passport 9500i which was $500, ripped my seat and messed up the tint, got my mag light and led flashlight, got some hats, emptied the change dispenser inside the console, back seat cup holder was full of change and emptied out, case of cd's, cracked my dash and broke my ashtray lid, stole a new bottle of cologne and even an empty cologne bottle lol?

Car was parked at my gf's at a new apartment complex in Kingwood parked near the gate which is bout five feet from the road, so anyone going in and out would have seen it, usually i see a cop or security guard on duty 24/7 but probably around the corner

Cops were no help, clear as day finger prints on the window and the cop pretty much told me she dont care n said take it up with insurance. Gotta pay a $200 deductible to pay for damages so ill be looking for somewhere to take my car to get fixed..

Long post but just had to rant and give a heads up in case anyone lives, stays, or visits the area because most likely it was during the day when it happened

still dont understand what kind of low life idiots do this kind of stuff, i guess they think its fun? i wanna just wait in my car, let a mother*&%$#$ break in and beat the hell out of them. Ive had this happen alot of times, and a few times i think the security guard had something to do with my car being broken into.

Why the hell did they have to rip the seats? They think you keep money in there like a bed mattress?

At least you got to salvage your car. They stole, torched my almost mint 1979 T/A a long time ago

It's true....and they took my radar and headunit that same night! they tried to take my sub, but since I don't have a trunk release lever, they couldn't get it out. They tore up the hatch lock in the process though, but it's all fixed. Funny thing was I just ordered a new head unit a few days before. They didn't take my CDs or anything else.

They didn't break my window either...they just jimmy'd the window off the track and opened the door that way. I'm just glad they didnt do more damage.

That's the apartment life though...seems like almost all apt complexes have that problem I feel your pain man!

I got lucky, while i was doing some training up in Huntsville 3 cars got broken into one night, my car looked fine till i noticed that there was a chip busted out of my passenger side window, like they were tryingt o pry it out like they did yours and it might have made a loud *** pop when it chipped, it put a couple of small dents in the body from prying it too. The rest of my stay i lugged my subs and CDs with the radio face up 3 flights of stairs every week.

yeah it was weird, my hood was cracked open, but no handprints. i'm thinking they pulled my hood release assuming it was for the trunk, because nothing in the engine bay was messed with. when they attempted to steal my sub, they tried to pull it out from the front. they ripped the cables out of the sub, which caused some fuses to blow, but nothing new fuses couldn't fix. they even left a big sweaty head and arms print on the inside of my hatch glass which was nasty.
