Fbody owning roomates wanted $475/month Young gent. (27yrs old) looking for students or business professionals seeking inexpensive accommodations. As a prior student and now professionals working for State Farm Insurance I understand how hard it can be to find affordable housing in San Antonio, TX. At this time I have 2 rooms available.

4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths

I would like for you to use the entire home as if it were your own. I will require three references and an application to complete a background check before move-in. We have all the young couple baller stuff, Big Screen LCD Flat Screen, 2 Xbox360's w/several games + Halo 3, 2 laptops, Multi Function Print/Copy/Scan/Fax HP Printer and a desktop computer hooked up to the big screen in living room with wireless mouse/keyboard for couch internet surfing, LG ($2k) Washer/Dryer, 8 person seating dining room, and pub height 4 person seating area in kitchen, YAH it is why I have no mod money running 13.4's at the track! LOL! We always have San Antonio F-body hangouts every Fri. or Sat. at our place so we like to share with our F-body folks. Maybe you could be the next permanent resident? Let us know!

Possible room opening up in March '08. NEW LOW RATE $400 all bills paid! $600 takes the master bedroom...not in pics. Master is 500sqft., 200sqft. full bath w/2 sinks, stand up shower & seperate tub, and walk in closet. Have to see in person to appreciate. Let me know!
