The Vette has a new stablemate!

Just picked up my Vette last saturday, and it is now time for a change in family car. We sold our Sport Trac & are selling the Sebring. I REALLY wanted an 02-04 Escalade, CTS or Navigator, but after driving a few of them, I wasn't really too excited about them. They look nice, but I was going to have to just fall in love with how they look and feel inside/while driving. We checked out some 300's & chargers and still nothing.

Finally, I found a 2005 Impala SS for under 15k (msrp is up over 20k) - me and my wife both liked it, it was close to mint condition, gorgeous black paint, sunroof, supercharged and it fits the kiddos in the back seat. It was the lowest priced Impala SS on Autotrader for the year and mileage.

Turns out they sell a Stage VI kit for these things to run 12's ... yeah!!!

congratz, nice Vette and 'SS. stage 6 runnin in the 12's, sounds like a no brainer . I'm thinking about trading in my dd (05 G35) for either a new duramax or 05 GTO myself.
