Place to rent a car trailer in Houston?
Does anyone know of a place to rent a car hauler/trailer in Houston?
I need to go up to STL and pick up one of my cars from a shop and don't really want to buy a trailer just to get my car home...but I have had zero luck finding a place in Houston that rents a car trailer. Open or Enclosed, enclosed preferably...but whatever, I just need to get the car back from STL the following weekend.
Thanks in advance.

U-haul! Thats how I got mine home. Make sure you get the grey one, it's 4 inches wider in each side. They will tell you there all the same, but trust me I know from experience Also it's like $85 for 3 days w/ unltd miles if you do a one way. Not a bad I think.

If you have a 3/4 ton or 1-ton you can rent an 18ft equipment hauler from Aztec rental. They are cheap and pretty cool about it. I rent these to tow my Jeep wheeling.
I have never used U-haul cause they already give me a ton of crap on the phone. I can only imagine when I showed up to get the trailer.

I rented one from a place on I45-N. I think it's called Discount Trailer and Hitch. Can't remember how much it was, but I do remember it was at a much better rate than U-Haul. Nice people, too.

U-hauls are pretty tall trailers aren't they? I am hauling back a pretty low 4 link drag car project. I am not sure if it will fit up onto a U-haul car hauler. I was hoping to find an aluminum low-boy car hauler or an enclosed trailer because both of them have very low ride height clearances so that I can get this car onto one.
I had called a place called Trailer Wheel and Frame about an enclosed, but the guy I spoke with was confused even though their website lists one for rent. Is that the same place? I will look for the Discount Trailer and Hitch place though just in case.
Thanks again guys...any more info is greatly appreciated.
