Default New Camaro at State Fair

Saw the bumblebee at the State Fair of Texas. Really looks cool in person and made me think about one of these instead of a V. Definitely looked better than that Challenger in person, IMO. These are from my camera phone, so sorry for the quality.

This wasn't bad looking:

Is it just me, or do those cars look way too similar considering what they are? The wheels are almost a 100% match!

Did you notice the curb rash on the new camaro? I personally think they should make the wheels smaller on the camaro aswell.

Is it just me, or are all the new cars EXTREMELY big. I thought the GTO was big, but these are much larger.

Hmmm wonder if it transforms into a Protector of the allspark too???? j/k, Im with ya on the wheels needing to be smaller, I think GM decided to go with a 18/19 combo on the camaro, but deff should get rid of the 20/22 combo for sure. or whatever gargantuouse(sp? big word) size they are...

All dimensions of concept cars are usually exaggerated. The production cars are gonna be smaller. Look at the Ford Super Chief. My god that truck was huge.

That truck had no chance of going to production though. All it said was that Ford was capable of doing cool **** with alternate fuels. They didn't have to make it conform to any kind of standards of size or practicality.

But cars are getting crazy big. Problem is, the SAME people who complain about size and weight will complain it doesn't have side curtain airbags, AC, PS, and all that stuff we're used to now.

EDIT- but if they keep the 21/22 wheel combo, expect some company to start making 20" drag radials. There is a crazy amount of room in those wheel wells.

The wheels on this one were fake, but agree 100% about the size!! 20" wheels are for pimpin', not racin'! I would never go bigger than a 19" wheel, and that would be only if 18's looked stupid on the car. Sooooooo, 18's or 19's and dropped and that Camaro looks sweet! Add a cam and headers to an LS3 and that is one fun car!

The wheels arent fake. Their is curb rash on the passenger side front wheel. Also the bumblebee car has been on the road for car shows and other events so i dont think it could ride around on fake wheels.

correct, no visible brakes. . .those huge discs ARE fake. Hide the real brakes behind them.

Correct, no Calipers, but those are just dust covers more than likely, and if im not mistaken the Zeta platfrom has a IRS from the Vette.

Like the new Camaro but it wasn't real. More like a body molding. The wheels weren't real and they had bad rash. It your gonna display a new ride atleast do it the right way.
