Paypal scammer
Whenever I filed a claim on someone, it locked their account and the money was pointless. I then worked out everything with the seller until he admitted to not having cash to ship the item. I gave him a week and he managed to come up with the money to ship it and I released the hold on his account...well I didn't but I told PayPal to...

I will be replacing the compressor with a brand new one in december ( after the first semester ) the car is in the garage for now. Sitting, she moves EXTREMELY WELL. Its just she drips oil for about 20 seconds when parked.
I'd take 5000. No less because i have my dads SS to drive around for now. No hurry to sell it. Pm me if youre interested, i wont go lower than 5000.

Paypal sucks *****. I got scammed on this site a few years ago and since the guy didn't have any $ in his paypal acct. they said they couldn't get me any of my $ back. So if anybody knows a Jason Andrews in Tulsa Oklahoma, tell him I haven't forgotten about him.

I just bought a 97 LT1 take out that supposedly had 60K miles on it. It came from Nevada.
It has an AC compressor on it that I don't need and would sell for $25 if you want it. Everything on this motor appears to be legit, so I would think the compressor would be OK.
All you would be out is the $25 and the cost to charge the system. It might be worth the risk.
But let me say once again ... I have no idea if the compressor was working or not. But everything on this motor looks low mileage.
I was gonna pitch it in the metal recycler's bin, but if it could help you out ...

OT discussion ... I've used PP for years. But I don't have a credit card associated with it. So I have to fund it directly for use.

Paypal sucks. Your out the money. The only way paypal can get you any money back is if there is money still in the sellers account, which it most likely isn't. They will lock his account, which won't do anything, since the seller will start a new account and rip off someone else the same way. Paypal sucks. Their seller and buyer protection is worthless.
never been scammed on paypal, im very careful with my account and you can file a dispute but the best way to get any kind of monay back.... not sure but i heard there were some scams going on where people would pay through paypal with a credit card, then youd ship the parts off and they would cancel the transaction on the card and get the parts or stuff free. I wait til money clears, pull it out of the atm then ship my parts.

i want A/C because when i bought the car it had three problems: A/C bad starter and a manifold leak. Now instead of leaving the car alone and fixing only those three. I've poured well over 4500 into the car with upgrades. I already bought a compressor mate. i just want it to be a car that doesnt have problems and a car that i can drive around and romp on when i want to. Like my dads SS, it is so well put together and taken care of, this is why i cant stand people who dont take care of their cars. The previous owners didnt take care of the car and now i have to deal with the problems....i replaced the motor and everything worked for awhile. I installed the new cam and now i have to worry about a high flow oil pump and fixing a leak... im kinda sick of this car but when i drive it i love it. I am just glad shes garaged for now and that i'll have time over the winter break to clear up allll issues.
Paypal sucks ***. Their claim dispute is ******* usless. I lost a hundred bucks through Ebay last summer. They said "we ruled in your favor, but we cannot refund your money, however, a note has been added to the sellers account". Paypal ******* sucks.
NEVER, EVER use money in your paypal account, thats where I went wrong. Use a credit card and make your credit card charge back the funds.
