Well lately, i have recieved two refunds for a total of 250 bucks. in paypal, it indicates that i recieved the money on a "credit card". I check my bank balance and i never see an increase of 250. Where is paypal sending my money?

 

If you funded the payment with a credit card, it immediately goes back to the credit card. (On PayPal's end.)

 

or it could be a scam. . .

 

nope, it gets subtracted from my debit.
