Unique Peformance busted
Unique Peformance busted Have a friend that works at a certain impound lot. Seems unique got caught up in some illegal vin switching, and all there **** is sitting in impound, 50 cars supersnakes, 1st gen camaros, and a few mopars. Think its kinda funny thats what they get for making the price of a good fastback shoot through the roof. Bad thing is im told if they cant prove the vins all cars get the crusher 
I have had confirmation of this from reliable sources on Lateral-g that they witnessed Farmers Branch PD and TXDOT with a fleet of tow trucks removing the cars from Unique...When I went there they seemed fairly cool, gave me a tour and showed me that Foose designed camaro before it was unveiled officially. I know the first sign that things were going south for them is Shelby trying to sever all ties...

Holy thieving bastards batman! VIN plate swapping is bad ****, they don't dick around with that charge. If I am not mistaken that is a Federal offense. Seen a bust similar to this go down in Rowlett back in the 90's. Of course I have no idea as to who did what or if the allegations are true, but it is bad news for those involved if it is proven to be true.

Unique autosports is a company on the show "unique whips" where they have a bunch of celebrities drops their cars off and they "trick em out" (they are given a 200k mercedes and stick rims,tv's in headrests, subs then call it a day)

yea thats what i meant my mistake, noticed after i posted figured everyone would get the point with what cars i mentioned. dont really see mtv playing with that kind of toys =)
