Modded M6 owners
I do and it runs ok on the hwy. I only get about 17mpg but am not to concerned about that. The problem I have is that the 2nd gear shift comes so fast that I usually just take off in 2nd. I would suggest 3.73 if you are going to daily drive it.
Thanks for the responses so far. My next question is this, which gears would net you the win on a highway run (if the two cars had the exact same mods other than the gears) the 373s or the 410s. Excluding driver skills of course.

I had a Heads/cam with long tubes and stock 3.42s it was nice on the highway. If i changed gear setups i wouldnt have gone more than 3.73.

4.10's you'd top out alot quicker then 3.73's. With 4.10's you would have to shift into 6th earlier then with 3.73's. I liked the 4.10's in my car, I would usually go from a 30/40 punch in second, traction becomes an issue (I had a 150 shot w/G5X3 cam) unless you wanna take the chance with some stickies on a 10bolt
it is great till 120 when you gotta hit 5th. and if you dont have a good dr 1st is useless. but if you do
