Default Help! Need Advice Please

I was park outside a restaurant in Dallas with some friends when one them tells me to rev the engine to hear how it sounds. I revved it a couple of times when a cop was passing by. He stopped and asked for my DL and insurance, then he told me to step out of the car, he asked how many have I drank and since when, I told him a couple since 9pm and it was around 2am, so he started to give some tests which I was like WTF, I walked straight in a line THREE times, followed his pen around for a freaking long time, faced up and stayed in one foot for a long time and after I passed all the test he called a tow truck and put me on handcuffs, and start writing me tickets for Exhibition of Acceleration (Anti-Noise Violation) (don't know how much), Public Intoxication ($385) and my car towed ($150). You have to be kidding me WTF was his problem!! It look like he was having a bad night and wanted to take it on me. I asked him if he could use a breathalizer or something to prove that I wasn't drunk, he said under his eyes I was intoxicated. He took me to jail for detox and said that I was going to spend the night in detention. That was the most stupid thing that I've been through in my whole life. (end of rant) Sorry I had to get it out of my system

cliff notes: Was outside a restaurant, revved my car, got tickets for public intoxication and exhibition of acceleration, got my car impounded, went to jail, want to get the tickets dissmised. and IM PISSED

Is there a way to get these tickets dismissed or pay less or do something?

get a lawyer... good thing you did not blow into the breathalyzer.... Lawyer will get you off the hook for being drunk.

P.S. Take this a a lesson learned, and dont rev your car up at 0200 in front of a restaraunt...

I was not drunk I drank 2 beers one at 9 and the other at 10. everything happened at 2, I'm not even buzzed with 2 beers. the cop was passing by on the street and it didn't have to do anything with the restaurant but lesson learned don't rev anywhere anytime

If I would have seen the officer passing by I would have not done anything.
