Anyone here in the drilling industry ?
Just wanting to know if any fellow LS1Tech heads are in the industry. I start Monday working for a fracing company. Work a lot of hours about 95 a week but seems like it will be an interesting job none the less.

The contact I got out where I am going worked for Pumpco. He said this company is 10x better, and so have guys in the industry. The company is Frac Source Services. Just google them and you can read up on them, they are tops in the fracing business. They will be hiring again this week or next week for there 3rd pad. You need a CDL and they give you 90days to get your tanker and Hazmat endorsements.

WHY??????? just get your cdl with tanker and haul the water. I make damn good money doing that, and I dont have to bust my *** like frac'ers do. I haul water locally in the dfw, and Im home everyday, and bring home @ least $1200 a week.

I will be home daily and bring home about $500 more than just being a driver. I have driven and I hate it. It bores me to death to just drive and do deliveries. Day one you start with 401k and insurance, two weeks vacation. On 14 off 7, $30 a day per diem for lunch, and working with guys I know.
